FBEC still hasn’t filed. They need to get 15c2-11 compliant ASAP -- if not, they get kicked to the expert market and goodbye stock.
The clock is ticking…

I like the potential here, but something’s wrong with this whole thing. I just can’t believe that a company would buy a ticker and not know that they need to file reports.

Anything I post is just my opinion.
