Russia has lost many young people who fled when the war started. Over 1 million. That’s a lot of talent and money leaving. As it is they have a population problem as their people are aging and they need more young people. The war is making it worse as they have lost between 750k-1 million. Plus the longer this war goes on the caucus’s may see Russian weakness and start to revolt. Russian military has proven to be weak and their modern weapons are not so modern.
