If you insist on shorting a snorter, JCOM is a better candidate, it has breached $28, just got back to the top of the box to $28.20 and in the $27.97 to $28.15 is a better short than ERTS. Your best bet on ERTS is $95, or not even 8%, JCOM could easily drop to $23.60 or almost 20%. As usual with snorter, you cannot afford to hesitate, you must use a strong stop (like $29.5 for JCOM).
