Interesting. Jay and Dean would have an outsized say in any acquisition proposals. Between them, they have tons of shares, plus the ability to buy more votes through exercising warrants. Neither one of them has much skin in the game as of yet...

Maybe this is what they were angling for all along, a quick sale. Pure speculation of course, but interesting to think about.
