250 certs ? X 3 for 1 or 4 x 1,000,000 = 1 billion. Leaves 282 million DUTV - 32 million for DJT cover = 250 million + 250 million merger = 500 million DUTV or what ever the new cusp and name is. Blue Bull Venture being the New Venture a spin off of PTEL that hasn't spun yet.
