They don’t care. I doubt they RM on this news. Maybe after DOE extension if it’s needed, but odds are they just do the limited FID while they wait on MARAD as originally stated in the DOE app. They might clear it up by the time the first ships are built.

DOE making them reapply would be a real nail in the coffin with the pause, so hopefully that’s why so much cover was thrown from Senators and Devon to get ahead of it, but these agencies are not your friend and do not care about your shareholders.

Many people who work at places like the DOE do so for their own political agendas and the influence it exerts, not your business or financial agenda
