oohhh, that's what I had last night, but I bought it from the local pizza joint that I used to manage years ago. It comes on a bed of spaghetti too, along with fresh bread and a small salad. It's two chicken slabs so I have some left to reheat for lunch today. Plus the rest of my cannoli that I only ate half of. They make a really tasty tiramisu as well but it's outrageously expensive, so I don't get it too often.. 8 bucks for a small slice. Anytime I can get out of there for under 20 bucks and eat for 2 days is a bonus.

I love our old barbecue rib recipe but now they want close to 30 for a full slab dinner so I have to make them on my own these days... I par boil them so they fall off the bone and most of the other places around here make them in the smoker so they are tough and chewy. They taste good but too much texture for me. I want to be able to drink them through a straw lol.
