I go beyond TOS stuff. If the theat is clearly stated in reference to politics or any other topic, I turn it in to the FBI tip line. I did it when some guy was bragging about knowing some 1/6 criminals that were at that point unapprehended, and was not so veiled about aiding and abetting wanted criminals.
