---my first post about Spooze was on 3/20/24.....two days shy of ONE MONTH ago.

My bad for doing independent DD rather than sifting thru thousands of old posts looking for something to pretend I discovered as others now accuse.

The issue that prompted me was the discussion about Park still posting the phone used by previous management which is now disabled. If it was widely known that Park was the manager of that apartment complex then that fact could have been pointed out by others.

Imo Park is clearly a giant gas bag who grossly over inflates the business potential of everything he is associated with regardless of how marginally.

Of course he is free to prove his critics wrong
