When ByoPlanet was trying to merge in, they had an issue with FINRA responding to them. They got scared because they weren't gaining traction from FINRA and from what is stated in the most recent filing, there was indeed an understanding that had to be made with the prior CEO, Duffield or lender. That all got situated and it seems that FINRA may now be content.

So, the question is, like you stated with backlog, how long does this take to get the ticker and name change?
