My father was a 'tunnel rat' in the Vietnam war. I never knew that until he got really drunk and started to open up about the atrocities he witnessed. He was quiet about it for all the other times.. When I had my chance to go to the Naval Academy on a free ride and refused, he pushed me harder then I would've ever experienced in my life.

It was terrible and it made me hate him.

You need to think about others concerns before you start spouting off on foreign wars.
