Lucky, Those adds on StockRunners for different PennyStocks, most of them contain LLBO, and those adds go out to their Members>>(Tens of Thousands). Then when something happens(NEWS) they all Buy in(LLBO) and PPS Explodes. I just read 1 of them, and it said it had over 100,000 Members, and there are quite a few of these.
