You bring up a good point, MCA... about the loan.

The PR actually states that it is "an agreement in principle". Don't mean to parse words here but is an "agreement in principle" different from an "agreement"???

tjak... when you have a moment can you enquire whether Medify has actually secured this loan... and actually has access to borrow these monies as of today???
