What you did get was a glimpse of is the artificial island constructions... those tree looking things sticking out in the water. They're gigantic. Complete huge cities if they're working out. And their plan is to ring the entire continent's shorelines. So, if they're moving millions of people offshore, who's going to live in the jungles?
