The funny part about this stalemate is the main holders holding millions of shares each aren’t going to give up their shares which means that in order for whoever wanted to get control isn’t going to get what they need without eventually making an offer . 4.3 million was part of the deal . We have always known that there was cooperation and a very coordinated effort to allow all the parties involved never to have a disruption to the supply chain . Sarnia was kept alive to fulfill the obligations to utilize the NOLs . That’s why they produced BioSuccinic Acid for 2 years . Now there are plenty of facilities to allow the Sarnia plant to be used to manufacture another product line . When the powers to be decide to go public the shares we hold will be utilized.
