Haha, why exactly do you think it would make Cassel's nervous?
Cassel's had no involvement in anything BioAmber. That's kind of funny to state, especially coming up on 6yrs after the fact.
Add to that there are documents with a judge's signature on them, not that that means anything to a bunch of people here.
That fact is viewed as fiction because they don't like the outcome.
