indeed. The only reason I quit smoking is because they saw spots on my lung when they were examining my head after my last concussion. Otherwise I would have never known and probably would still be burning up my pack a day.

I get my prostate checked every year now since I turned 48 and I wouldn't hesitate to take affirmative action if something was amiss. He passed in 93 so I really don't think it was common for men to get their prostates checked regularly just yet..
