Indy Star CMC is continued to 7/15/2024 at 2pm Dept 6. Additionally, defendant Innerscope Hearing has not been served.

Sounds like Matt has a great hiding place.

It's actually just a court book-keeping entry.

SAME ATTORNEY has them "served" in the parallel action - the other case number. He's probably going to combine the two actions and drop the case named above.

He already successfully served them by process server in the other parallel action - the docket is a bit slow to update.

Give it a few days - and also, the judge noted "Or need a default action" as one possibility. They don't have to wait until July which is auto-scheduled via the clerk's docketing system.

Attorney Chow just needs to file a "Motion for default and proof of service" and he can be back on the docket tomorrow if needed.

My "guess" - and it was something I "noted" since the start - was WHY the two actions for similarly named units of USA-Today GANNETT. I think it's a scrivener error or just a housekeeping item.

Watch the other "case" heard during the same docket entry - the one where there is 100% proof of service : We need to see what gets entered as to that one. Again, Chow is likely going to combine them or they are actually one-in-the-same and just need clean-up on the paperwork and docketing enteries.

We wait and see what gets entered on that - he has proof of service there. He used a process server and left it with "Hearing aid dispenser" on the premises. THE MOORE CLAN HAS "BEEN SERVED" - so just give it a bit to update.......
