I shouldn't have said "dummy." Even if it fits, there's too much of that crap around here and I shouldn't contribute to it. As for the post-RS shares, I think we're actually in agreement that they won't do anything to hurt their business or new shareholders. I've already said as much in a previous post. So I'd expect their release of shares to be measured and intentional, like everything else they're doing.
