Firstly, If we can read 3rd quarter reports carefully and subsequent events this puzzle will get resolve very easily.
Secondly, after the merge no prefered shares exist.
Third, company file with new name and current share structure is available on NVSOS.
In Conclusion , THERE WILL BE NO R/S. We need to just wait NAME and TICKER CHANGE with FINRA.
