The F&B lease for Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar at 1519 Wynkoop Street is listed in the February 2024 Downtown Denver Partnership High Frequency Economic Update:

It was also in the previous January 2024 update. I haven't found a link to the March 2024 update yet, but so far it looks like the Wynkoop St location is still going to happen.
