I looked it up for you. Hiru escaped default judgment thanks to Gavin who has a Default Judgment. This does not mean Hiru is out of the woods by any means. It means for now the Default Judgment was set aside and likely this will proceed to trial where unless they have a legit reason for not paying they likely will end up back with a judgment against them. For me they bought time. I will check the docket from time to time.

I personally don't have a good feeling with this company. Who was this Kathryn Gavin, to begin with? I could never really find much on her background so why was she the CEO and why so much in debt. The fact they expanded so fast with such impressive numbers in the beginning always made me uncomfortable. That's just me. Now this so-called new management points the finger at the old calling them frauds. Maybe so, but who is the new management on the shinney white horses and why would they take over a knowingly crippled business like this. Things seem fishy but I am trying to catch up in an hour or so over a long period of missing out on what's been going on here so likely missing a bunch of stuff here.
