It goes under new name JFH Digital E Commerce Solutions Corp.
So which company will file 2023 Annuals.
2023 annual will file under name JFH. So JFH has one last day of 2023. It means IGPK merge with Jfh so what assets Jfh put on Dec 31 in this company that is the concern.
