I'm sorry, but a reverse split always good? That's freakin rich! I have had much more than my fair share of r/s's and not one of them was good. 99% of them wiped out my investment and my number of shares. The other 1% didn't wipe me out but did enough damage that 3 years later I still haven't recovered the amount I lost. So, imo, your statement is pure bs. I used to trust Nils, but I don't anymore. I also don't trust the so called "stock analyst" who twice put a price target of $6 on this stock. I have grown to be skeptical of everything they say. Do I think Nils will do a r/s. YES. It's been one of the main reasons I don't add to my current position. This stock has not been able to get out of it's own way, even with all the great (unaudited) financial statements and promises of a completed audit. How else is he going to get the price up for an uplist? Don't misunderstand me. I want so badly for this stock to be the real deal, but all it has done has been (seemingly) pump & dump. One thing for certain, If we don't hold today's low (.0629) and continue the uptrend (again based on the hype of the company), but instead drop back down to the .03 or .04 area, I will be strongly considering filing a complaint with the SEC. I'm very tired of these OTC stocks fucking over the shareholders. I hope the hell I'm proven wrong, but it's up to the company to prove they are on the side of the shareholders. Based on the actions of the past, I now have my doubts. A great business man I used to know always used to say "you can't hope yourself to the top". Yet, here I am (we are) hoping that Nils is not just another lying bullshi**er of a CEO. If we can break above the high of .211 set last April without a r/s and without dropping back to the .03's, I will change my tune and attitude again. Until then, I will be a cautious, skeptical bull. Sorry about my rant. P.S.- I learned what companies have in common that causes R/S's, so I plugged up that hole. There is still always a risk of it happening, even with a company that has a good SS (BMXI), but the risk is extremely small. Let's not forget that Nil's didn't reduce the A/S from 2 Billion to 200 million until shareholders kept hounding him about it and shutting down his bs reasons for not being able to easily do it. Why then would anyone think he wouldn't do a reverse?
