That is because we are dealing with OTC stocks where CEOs and insiders often are there for themselves. But it doesnt reign true for all of them. Audit comes out, kind of hard to have that conversation of how this could not be good. ATLX like Quality presented, which I was in, is all Lithium based mining, while owning 50% in Jupiter Gold. Not sure they have produced anything, that will come in time. But that didnt stop them going to Nasdaq and running to $40 pps. So, we just have to wait and see with the audit.
