All these ways to buy a stock for less than a penny that is, according to liar and largest erhe shareholder guerguerian dickran, about to be the target of a Shell Oil bidding war and is going to at least $2.50 "any day now", and yet no one wants to buy. On the surface it sounds puzzling.
