Clearly, the message he conveyed was endorsed by the organizers. SAFE is not a Government organization but gov’t involvement in the conference was not only not a secret, it was a major component. Mark presented in the morning of opening day immediately following the EXIM chair. His presentation is on YouTube for the world to see. I think the scheduling is compelling considering NioCorp is one of only four MMIA projects known to be pending at EXIM, it’s the only Category A project during a time of increased drive to re-shore critical mineral production, and a time when EXIM has a ton of money to spend in a hot election year and they’re running out of time to claim victories.
