i dont know if this is correct because i dont work in this type of business environment but here goes my thinking...

"inventory" means something you have on hand..be it cocoons, fiber, material or product of some kind...in reference to the 25 kilos, none of it is on hand and none of it has been sold....

the 25 kilos is now material or clothing in the hands of spydasilk...kblb's deal with regard to spydasilk is that we will reap revenue when the clothing is sold....MTM does the design, we do the spider silk, material and maybe the clothing and kings does the selling and marketing...nobody makes money until the clothing is sold...

thus, kblb has no "inventory" and no revenue...you dont see that 25 kilos accounted for on the 10K because there is no way to account for it...yet...

like i said, im not joe businessman but thats what im thinking could be the case...
