That post makes no sense. There is no stock to bash and since when does pointing out the facts from the official record become bashing?
What majority are you holding strong? You’re all holding worthless electronic stock in a company that was liquidated selling off all of its assets, has $100 mil of debt attached to it, has no trade name, no trademarks, no business operations, no employees, no BOD, had its corporate charter voided for nonpayment and had its CUSIP suspended and ticker removed from all exchanges by FINRA due to the outcome of said liquidation.
So what are you holding a majority of? There isn’t even anyone to legal sign for FKA BioAmber so how could anything ever change?
