Net income was from Jump Start Sports and they took that cash with them! ZERO DOLLARS CASH ON HAND AT THE END OF YEAR!!!!

Also the PR released in October said:

The Authorized Shares will be reduced from 5,000,000,000 to 3,000,000,000, effective immediately.

(bold emphasis mine) That still hasn't occurred, which was made a very big deal on this board (hint: it wasn't a big deal)!

What is going on, is someone scared?!?!?
