Trump personally owes 454 million stemming from the ruling made by Judge Arthur Engoron back in February. That amount has not changed. It could if he appeals, yet to be seen. We will know in the next 10 days if he appeals. If he appeals the court may or may not reduce the amount of 454 million.

To appeal he had to put up a bond of 454 million or somewhere near that amount as the interest keeps changing daily.

Today an appeals Court said to appeal they reduced the amount of the bond from 454 million to a 175 million bond.
