They have to do offerings like this because the price is driven lower and lower despite the company growing on revenue.

Every offering is naked shorted. Thats an established fact. Its the only way the funds profit. SEC needs to investigate why after late 2022 the price has been driven down at an accelerated pace compared to the longer downtrend. It seems the better position Sintx is in the quicker SINT drops.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
