We know that TFG has no control of himself, whether because he has the mind of a toddler or because dementia is setting in. But what would the penalty be if he blurted out statements that the Judge determined in advance could not be mentioned during the trial?

Declaring a mistrial would fall into his strategy of delay, delay, delay. I'd be in favor of sticking one of Gym Jordan's sweaty socks in his mouth for the remainder of the trial, but I'm not sure that's a punishment that the court would approve of.
