When BNY filed on behalf of the CT PFD shareholders we also are owed statutory interest on the overdue cash distribution suspended since 9/17/08. So that if we were using the UK statutory interest for late payment that's an extra 8% on ur total cash distribution quarterly pmts missed since Q3 2008. Cool beans.
