Yeah, It is clear that 'LBHI' got its 6%, with the argument that it needed to pay 'its Subordinated Creditors' 'Per Contractual Guarantees'...And this was the first time that LBHI asserted 'in front of a Court' that it 'had Contractual Obligations due to Contract Guarantees towards the Subordinated Creditors', which validated my own Investment Thesis as to why I had loaded up on the LBHI CTs.
Now, it remains to be seen IF LBHI 'forwards' that "6%'Judgement Award to BNYM before April 9th, 2024 so that BNYM , in turn, will pay us CT holders that "Interim Dividend Pmt' or LBHI Mgmt 'keeps' the 6% distribution for itself....GLTU & GLTA!
