I would say it is not a scam. I completed the LAHO buyback process. The buyback process is extremely slow. After submitting my paper work, it took more than 1 year for me to receive the proceeds.

Posts on the LAHO discussion board and the MSSV discussion board both indicated that it took 3 months to 5 months for the first group of LAHO stockholders to finish the whole entire buyback process. In 2022 and 2023, people are having a completely different experience. It seems to take multiple months for the paper work to be moved from one step to the next step.

Where are you in the buyback process?

Still waiting for mine. Not sure if it's a scam or not. Sent in paperwork months ago. No word back. Fingers crossed.
