Re pleading 'special circumstances' to get reinstated - that was a phrase that I came across somewhere that I cannot relocate, although in my first post about it I posted a link (to some securities lawyer's expert opinion; and it wasn't Hamilton). It was the only mention I've ever seen of that idea.
But even a 'special circumstance' reinstatement (with Edgar), if it does exist, still requires Nixon to file is backlog of financials and then keep up.
Maybe an OTC alternative standard filing would be cheaper.
