I don’t even know how or why there is a contest between Prefs and Coms, prefs just got 500 million and I’m happy as hell for them. They tout “dilution protection!” False, they convert to com and then they get diluted too. “We get paid 1st” that’s worthless when you are a company that the government couldn’t even bankrupt. In the end we all have potential to make a lot of money, am I going to care if a prefholder makes a million 2-3-4 million more than me? Easy answer…NO!
