How can one state a time line at all,when that person knows rig,permit ect hve not been filed,ordered or paid for.It is total misrepresentation,things just don't come up,planing,knowledge=execution.If I tell you I will build you a house in 2-3 weeks and I don't have the building permit and can't even get one for a month,would you believe me when I said unforeseen cicumstances came up.No you would say I decieved you.
