that sucks... I hate having to throw stuff out. I'm lazy and I learned the hard way about that. I have to plan dinners now for that reason. It's so hard to find single portions anymore and when I do it costs as much as the family size that I'll never finish. I usually wind up bringing the leftovers to work for everyone to pick at.
