Stewguts, I don’t think I could ever erode trust of TMM more than TMM's management already does through their deceit, inactivity, unresponsiveness to their shareholders, etc…. You state that I post to enhance my agenda at the cost of others. I was a shareholder of TMM for almost two decades. I was, at one time, the biggest cheerleader on the boards for TMM..
Then I learned they didn’t even own the codec. Fernandez told me this directly. How does a company spend $30 to $40 million on developing a codec (your numbers) and end up not having possession or rightful ownership of it?
As far as deceit that you accuse me of……I posted that TMM would lose the lawsuit when they sued Dimension in March 2013. I posted I was going to look at Dimension when TMM publicly released that they were done with fractals. I also posted I was exiting my stock position with TMM and even stated that it held up well with all of the sell orders (over 600,000 shares).
