No, they didn't file it with the SEC.

SINCE they filed with the OTC, they need an attorney's letter with the OTC to be in compliance. also the disclosure may not have all the info needed. STOCKS HELD ARE NOT HELD IN THE EXPERT MARKET FOR NO REASON.

They are not fully compliant.
