I think that’s a reasonable take. It amazes me the total lack of follow through with communications. This thing is so locked it won’t take much to send it, which gives credence to your thought. The incompetence is border line intentional. No pumping, minimal issuance, no toxic funding. They’re almost the antithesis of OTC, with the exception that they lack follow through and their definition of ASAP is laughable. But who knows.
