it’s possible that the LLC just backed out like he said. I think that might explain the release of info the evening of the 14th with the date set for the definitive agreement being the 15th. Guess he could have dragged it out for days or weeks even if he wanted but like it or not he didn’t. I can see both side here. Not sure which is “right” tbh.
