What is not "viable" about the OTC? It functions as a buy/sell market okay. So a Ford Fiesta isn't a Cadillac but it does the job, and unlike the tree that falls in the forest when nobody is there to hear it the Fiesta purrs along nicely. You guys might enviously eye off the Cadillac but the NASDAC or the NYSE are well out of your reach. They are for the well heeled big boys. You gotta learn to walk before you can run.
