One or two ships has always made a lot more sense to me. Didn't agree with the four ship philosophy but that's just me. Besides which they don't have the SPAs for a complete four. They say they have enough for one which we know and they keep referencing single ship now so go ahead and freaking pull the trigger.
FID just means they've made the commitment to move ahead. They still need that license for the banks etc but why not put a little full court press on these boys at the DOE or the tree huggers or whomever they are!
We are long past the time when this ship should have sailed.
