@ KeyKey..... read the following link, especially page 195....
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000090951812000087/jg02-2712_8ke22.htm

my post #724271 is titled "Title to assets"....page 195 is right from this document..... it says all assets belong to the reorganized Debtor.....it goes on to state that a release signature forever bars any future claims forever, and that by signing the release, you agree to the conditions by which equity was given shares in the new company.... thats all !!!!!!!!...
also, in one of my posts, the documents describes how "ALL ASSETS OF WMI WERE INCLUDED IN THE SETTLEMENT OF THE CHAPTER 11, by liquidating 7 trusts and placing the funds in the WMIL-T for disbursement, and that WMMRC was the sole surviving Trust with 34 million dollars, and that WMIIC was eventually liquidated and removed...
now , to your question about Hptchburg... he eventually testified that the chapter 11 settlement was fair and reasonable, as did Susman and Willingham at the conclusion of the mediation hearings...Justin Nelson was stopped by the judge in court because Kosturos was not an executive officer of WMI, and had no authority to speak of financial matters he was not responsible for... he was hired as a specialist to bring WMI out of chapter 11... thats all he was required to do..

as for BBANBOB, he does not even read the documents... for example, he states the hidden assets are in the 1031 exchange...WMI established the 1031 exchange for mortgage holders wishing to not pay taxes on a new home if they sold it and bought another at the same price... the 1031 exchange was not meant for WMI to hide assets from shareholders...BBAN is clueless about the whole WAMU, and WMI affair, and he should not be relied upon for information...read the link that I supplied for you...
