Had said prior to the RS announcement that if no project news accompanied it that the pps would suffer.

Have to agree with you that enacting the RS without also breaking news to bolster the pps made no sense.

At least we know that the ceos 30m+ shares also experienced the chopping block.

Nothing to see here really until we receive definitive news either way.

It is what it is...............
