Maybe this will help. The loan was 12/8……
The first update after the loan showed 8.272B OS.
With no dilution except paying the BOD 28MM (7MM each) on 1/16 the next update should have shown 8.3B OS, but it was over 8.4B.
Now we see another 40MM issued, which is almost 150MM more excluding the BOD shares.
That’s about 50MM a month since the loan was made, which means they have cut dilution in half based on the two previous years, but they haven’t stopped as some suggested they would.
BTW…..all newly issued shares are restricted for at least 6 months because they’re not registered shares.
