The proposal I viewed Came from shareholders / victims. It involved 5 different OTC corps that would be tradin around .01 after bein cleaned of the MARK MILLER STINK.
They would share an eqity position in this PATENTED TECHNOLOGY.
Each would have certain rights in addition to the equity position.
Patent Holder, Production, Sales & Marketin, AIRCRAFT APPLICATION, AUTOMOBILE APPLICATION, MARINE APPLICATION

Each equity holding corp would set up operations via typical HOLDING COMPANY shares for equity
methods.
All would focus on a CERAMIC ROTARY ENGINE RANGE EXTENDER 4 ELECTRIC MOTORS as a entry point.

Meyers engine was a low heat metal engine. The heat is Too low to completely burn the fuel injected. I added my thoughts to the proposal I had. It was to produce the range extender usin gasoline or propane. Get EPA testing done and sales approval.
